Product Introduction: Cleaning, Explosion-Proof Grinding, Polishing, and Dust Collection Equipment
Product Features:
Explosion-proof, dust removal, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly.
Working principle:
Equipped with a centrifugal‑air‑suction system, the machine automatically captures dust generated during grinding and polishing. This dust is directed into the unit, where it collides with a water curtain created by the pump’s circulation, causing it to settle and be collected in the filtration tank along with other debris. This effectively reduces airborne dust and maintains cleanliness. Meanwhile, the filtration tank isolates, recovers, and recirculates suspended and metallic particulates, thereby significantly mitigating the risk of dust‑explosion incidents.
Product Structure:
It consists of five major components: a metal outer casing, a centrifugal fan, a water pump, a water tank, and an electrical interlock system. The polishing machine, centrifugal fan, and water pump are controlled via a dedicated electrical interlock.
